Spread across my lower back (top of buttocks) I've noticed for a while now I have what looks like a strange discoloured mottled sort of grey effect. I've no idea what it is and mentioned it to my doctor who shook his head and said he had no idea. I have started to get a lot of lower back pain with it. I would be grateful for anyone who has any ideas what it could be? as it is worrying me.

  • According to Wrongdiagnosis symptom checker using the symptoms of altered-pigmentation, skin color changes and back pain led to 6 possibilities. See them at this link, partway down the page under results.http://symptoms.wrongdiagnosis.com/cosymptoms/altered-pigmentation/back-pain/skin-color-changes.htm
