I've been having this really strange feeling in my chest where the left rib connects to the sternum, in the joints of my fingers, wrists, ankle's and toes, and on the back of my head and neck that feels kind of like some sticky rubbery substance is there kind of like saran wrap being stretched around it. Its really hard to describe. It seems to be made worse by eating, especially things like chicken tenders or nuggets or anything that seems to have any kind of salt in them(I also get it with poptarts and peanut butter). There is also pain like pressure in the back of my head and neck that goes around to the front. I've had that for a couple of months now.Another symptom I've had is sometimes when something scares me I will have something that feels like its coming up from my stomach and going to my head. I also get this when I stand up, especially too quickly. I usually will have to stop and stand in one spot and bend over a little to help it go away. Sometimes something that feels like a spasm in the center of my abdomen will come up and I've noticed this makes my heart skip a beat. Also when I go to sleep if I lay on one side my heart will start acting funny and sometimes my breathing will stop and I will have to take a breath. I also get where the back of my head will **** and also other times where I feel like something is going on back there and like Im going to lose my balance. I also have had trouble getting more than 3-5 hours of sleep in a row for at least a couple of years now ever since these symptoms started. I was diagnosed with acid reflux back in 2006, but have never taken medicine for it. Antacid's I take tend to give me a headache and what feels like a slight fever(or at least I feel fairly warm). All of this started back in early 2006 in high school when I decided to try out marijuana a couple of times. I noticed that the left side of my chest where the ribs meet the sternum somewhere in there, there was a ripping sensation everytime I would try the drug. I don't know if that has anything to do with all these symptoms I'm having or if its something else but I would really like some suggestions or thoughts as to what someone might think is going on.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
