Strange eye conditions

I have had eye problems forever.
First off, I'm nearsighted. Second, I have blepharitis.
To be honest, I'm 13, male, and trying to be acknowledged. My parents never think there is anything wrong with me.

Okay, I came home one day around 7:00 with dialated eyes, hungry (even though I had just ate) and lightheaded. I have had migraines for a while, and they had turned into a constant headache that has lasted around 2 weeks. Literally, there is a constant pressured feeling in my skull. I don't do drugs, and I don't drink alcohol (I'm getting tested today -- when I came home my parents freaked out).

I've heard of oculomotor migraines.. but again, I'm not mature, not intelligent in this field (though I do want to be a doctor) and have no clue what I'm talking about. Also, I don't want to go to a doctor unless I definately have to.
