strang skin touch pain that moves from the back to the legs

I just wonder what it is, after two weeks I'm actually getting better, but I just wonder if this was some kind of a virus you know:

I had nausea to start with, then a funny pain when I touch the skin of my back. This touch pain then migrated to the tummy, the day after went down to the legs and foot, at the same time the nausea persisted, I could only stand white rice with ginger. Finally the touch pain became a muscle sore that stayed for around two days in the legs. Now it's all gone, the nausea and the sore.

Wonder what it is?
