i have an eclectic array of symptoms that have not only landed me at the doctors office but also the emergency room many times

no one seems to want to help me at all. please help.

i have the following;
digestive problems - diarrhea and constipation sometimes in the same day. small amounts of blood, sometimes a bad smell, sometimes white patches when i'm constipated. very bad cramps and nausea. the feeling of needing to go to the toilet when you don't. this happens every day. sometimes i get severe stabbing pains but these are very rare. like once a year.

pain - stinging sensations that pop up in random places in my body, such as my knees and then my hands. sometimes really bad stinging around my ears/jaw that feels like hot needles.

feeling like i don't get enough air, but my oxygen count is apparently fine.

extreme fatigue, sometimes to the point where i feel like i'm going to pass out.

severe but brief muscle seizures. my arms, shoulders and neck will suddenly start twitching and flailing like im having a seizure but its very brief, just a few seconds, and i stay concious. doesn't hurt. happens once or twice a day.

muscle weakness.
weight loss.
brain fog.

I've had these symptoms for years. if anyone could tell me what it might be with surety i would be very greatful

  • This doesn't sound quite right, but i'll suggest it anyway http://wrongdiagnosis.com/g/glenard_syndrome/symptoms.htm#symptom_list I'm pretty sure this would explain everyone's symptoms, because it has a million symptoms but http://wrongdiagnosis.com/m/multiple_endocrine_neoplasia_type_1/symptoms.htm#symptom_list

  • It sounds like you have Peripheral Neuralgia as a symptom (the stinging and the twitching I believe are explained by this). The question though is why?Have you had a colonoscopy, ultrsound or other GI imaging tests? I would see a Neurologist along with the Gastroenterologist.There's lots of info on PN at http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/forum20.htmlHope that helps some.

  • Also have you had your B12 levels checked? Check out pernicious anemia.

  • It might. If not, ask about B12 testing for sure.
