i have pain in my upper stomach that is persistant and has lasted for more than 24 hours. It hurts when my stomach is stretched in the upright standing position, when i lay on my stomach and i can only relieve the pain when I position myself in accordance with the pain. my stomach is bloated and hurts when I touch it. i can't sleep because I can't find a position to sleep in that relieves the pain. i've had pains on my left and right before, but never right in the center below my chest. when i touch my stomach it feels different, stiffer and heavier. i can't believe i'm going to say this, but please tell me it's just gas?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
