Stomach Pains

I have had bad stomach pains for over 3 months, this involves spasmatic pain, wind, diarohhea and also constipation. My doctor told me to eat like a cave man, meat, nuts and berries. As this has not helped i have been referred to a specialist again. I went to see him last year and had some nasty invasive tests but little was found and the symtoms went away. Now they are back and getting worse.

I had a scan, the Dr operating the machine showed me a dark mark in one of my Kidneys, but when I went to the doctor he told me my results were clear.

Anyone had a similar experience?

  • Hi, I wrote the following in response to an earlier post similar to yours, hope it is helpful. Regarding the black mark on your kidney, may be it is a kidney stone, keep an eye on it.Some ideas. In your situation (I was in one similar but not as severe) I would find a naturopath who does bowel massage, painful but worth it if these are the same probs I had.Several hours before your appointment totally empty your large and small intestine by drinking a litre of prune juice (I use Epsom salts, but this is pretty foul and you might throw up). This may cause pain but don’t worry. You need to do it some time before your appointment in case you have an accident. :-). If you don’t totally empty don’t worry as long as the large is empty. At the appointment the naturopath will feel you intestines to see if there are any waste masses attached to your intestine. If you have any they will be massaged and an hour or so later you should pass any waste dislodged. This is painful by the way, but it beats surgery. I ended up having two massages – just to make sure. You sound like you have waste blockage or irritability as you are suffering vomiting and neusia every 2-3 days and diahrea? or rapid gastric emptying. Or you are constipated for some reason and a naturopath can help you with this; constipation can cause toxin to build up in your system and so feel nauseous and our body will go into evacuation mode. Waste stuck to the intestine can cause muscle cramp, nausea, vomiting and bowel evacuation. If there are no masses found you may have leaky gut, which taking Colostrum is good for healing and improving all round health and digestion. Take this on an empty stomach before bed.For any reflux and heartburn take dissolve one teaspoon bicarb in water to neutralize acidity, only take when really necessary so you don’t end up with too alkaline blood.Hope this is of some help. All the best.Agape, searchingsam
