Ok, Hi, Please help me.

I am 35, male and very fit, i went to the gym last week and on the way home ate at subway (peppercorn steak 12" sub) and a diet coke, i had a burning in my stomach a few hours afterwards, i had the burning pain before but its been several months, makes me feel like i need to burp but i cant do it, when i do burp i taste the food i have recently had like it is still in my mouth, that night the pain was severe . i could not get comfortable no matter what i did or how i laid, i had a very sore pain to the touch in my upper right stomach right under my rib cage area, when i pressed on it the pain in my stomach got worse, the pain area has since left that spot and now all i feel is a dull burning all the time. i am not hungry at all as my stomach just burns all the time, i did some blood tests today at the doctors and he gave me medicines until the results come back (librax, Zantac & Prevacid-Lansorprazole)

I feel tired (probably as im not eating) and no energy, do i have an ulcer? a flu bug? is something lodged in my gut? i have never had this kind of pain or feeling before...
