stomach pain chest pain arm and leg numbness

My fiance has been having stomach pains accompanied with chest pain arm and leg numbness chills watery stool(more then 3 times a day) for the ast 8 months the stomach pains have gotten a lot worse these last couple months he has also suffered with migraines all his life.
he is 22 yrs old and has had colonoscopy's done and has been given many medications but nothing seems to help him it just has been getting worse
please help

  • Hi,Did ur fiance have some injury? I think maybe its problem with nerve. Ur fiance Should visit neurologists.When this diagnose will be wrong, She should absolvate gastroscopy for possible gastric ulcer. Good luck

If so where? What state do you live in? Has he gone barefoot anywhere in the last year? Has he eaten any sushi or raw fish? Eaten salad at a restaurant (esp. outside the US)?Your fiance's symptoms sound very much like a parasitic infection or possibly Lyme disease. Strongyloides certainly comes to mind, any rash (esp. upper legs)? I'm not a doctor so take this for what it's worth, I'm just throwing out a possibility.
