the topic says it all. i've had constipation since i literally was born, so i know curing it would be hard. but i would like help with the other problems. i do have a very hard time telling if i'm hungry sometimes, and that's usually when i have the bloating going on. physically i don't look very bloated but it's a very unnatural feeling, like there's a bunch of bricks in my stomach but because i don't have many nerves in there i can't completely feel it. like it's having a hard time in my stomach doing stomach stuff (lol i don't know). this feeling, and constipation, makes my body ache and i have a hard time feeling tired at night as my body seems to be hurting from it. i'm a 20 year old male, i excersize many times a week and have had many many tests done and have nothing wrong (no bowel tests though). does anyone know what could be plaguing me?

  • I think all the symptoms are side effects of the constipation itself. Well, I too have chronic constipation, and can't tell sometimes when I'm hungry. After a lot of experimentation; however, I have figured that everytime I feel sleepy or really tired and feel like getting a quick nap, I just eat, and then all the tiredness would be gone. I have tried seeking help with constipation from an ayurvedic doctor, and my constipation is almost 80% cured. Hope this helps!
