Not sure whats happing. Ive had a hysterectomy six weeks ago. everything there went ok. but about three weeks or so ago i started with pains in my chest and upper back and very weak, there like cramping pains. Before sergery I was placed on Prinivil for high blood pressure. Ive been to lots of drs. one said maybe broncitus, one said pluresy, one said it looked like I strained the muscles in my chest and back due to a cold after surgery from coughing. The dr that put me on prinivil seemes to think maybe from the meds so he swithed me over to lopressor yesterday. I also have swelling of the rt arm the same one that hurts.when putting ice and heat on back it seems to help. One morning i had to go to the hospital at five thirty am i was in so much pain.I now take flexeril at night for the pain so i can sleep. Im due to go back to work on tue. I just hope i can start feeling better. any answers please write. thanks.

  • You need to make sure they have done a complet blood count to check your white and red blood cells! This can tell what further test may be needed. Good luck, I had the same thing, undiagnosed and believe it or not, my dr. finally put me on Cymbalta. I was completely offended at first, but actually have relief after each CBC and test came back normal.
