I was diagnosed with tendinitis in my tendon that runs from my ankle to my knee in my right leg after I raced (running) in spikes. I tested negative for a stress fracture. It has been 8 weeks since my initial pain. I have a constant stabbing pain that doesn't seem to go away with rest. Please help. I have been to two specialists already and I am running out of options and referrals. I have had tendinitis in my shoulder for 7 years and this feels NOTHING like that. It feels as if my muscle is ripping apart. It just finally stopped hurting with each step. I was on Mobic for several weeks and when that did nothing they gave me a prednisone pack. That didn't do much either. I am getting physical therapy and electric stem treatment 3x a week... yet still no relief. Please help!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
