I noticed a small wound on my leg that wasn't healing, it turned into a odd colorless lump, but with in the last 10 days it became a red, scaly, thick, painful, itchy, bumpy thing about the size of my hand. Its on my right outer thigh and its starting to make me limp and lose sleep.
The doctors aren't sure what it is so I am waiting to see if the cream they prescribed is helping (its not) or if some test results find something...
Even worse is within the last week more than 10 bumps appeared on my right arm, they are not healing, but they are itchy red and scaly and definitely not looking like normal mosquito bites (that i thought they were) and they are spreading too. The doctors think its related to the one of my leg but they only took a sample from my arm and mentioned herpes and tried to get me to agree to chlamydia testing which I think is totally ridiculous! I didn't even get referred to a Dermatologist which I really should see.
Its strange because I don't have fever, or swollen lymph glands. I haven't been hiking or been sexually permiscous. (I have one partner of three years and he's clean). I don't have any known allergies besides bumps from mosquito and flea bites... I do sleep in a garage, so it may be from some kind of bug... but there wasn't fang marks from a spider and it doesn't look like anything bug bites normally do... I am actually pretty scared as nothing seems to be helping and they just keep getting worse. Its been at least two weeks since I started getting concerned.

Any advice or diagnoses would be much appreciated! I feel like something is seriously wrong.
