Hemoglobin 6.4, Hematocrit 26, MCV 55, RDW 16.9, Globulin 3.4 I am 22 yeard old female 1.78m tall 195 kgs. . The combination of most indicators could point towards Myelodysplastic syndrome or Myelofibrosis but in the 1st case platelets should be low and in the 2nd case there supposed to be weight loss rather than weight gain. Anyone can help with a diagnosis or some further direction because till now nobody can
