I have a sore on my shoulder. It started 4 days ago as two small blisters which I noticed in the morning. They grew into each other and burst by themselves. The next day another one appeared on the back of my shoulder (about 5cm from the first). The first one also grew in size and is now surrounded by redness and pustules/blistery things. It was very hot for the first three days but is less hot now. It doesn't appear to be very deep. I've been treating it with betadine. I'd love to know what it is. Any suggestions?

I went to a doctor but the doctor couldn't speak English. I live in East Java, Indonesia. I've been living in Asia for the last 5 years.
