I have been experiencing sore tongue for the past 9 months. It is sometimes very difficult for me to chew on any side of my tongue when it sores. My saliva is somehow slippery .I always feel like I need to brush my mouth or rinse it every hour

What can I do please ?

  • Sore tongue can be a sign a Vitamin B deficiency. Burning sore tongue.. vitamin B2, B3, B6, B12Beefy, smooth, enlarged tongue B5, B12Red at tip and edges or sore and scarlet B6 also B12 So i suggest you get a good vitamin B complex to take or get all your B levels tested. Be aware that one can get deficiency symptoms at low levels of normal (different countries have got different recommendations of daily amounts).
