Dear friends.

I started with a light sore throat pain only on right side about 3 months ago....when I thought I was getting a cold. It went away in a few days...and came back in about a week. Same...only right side....and no other symptoms. I did not have any flue like symptoms, fever, or anything...i felt great!

I went to primary doctor...he said not to worry, just gargle with salt water

after a month...it didnt get better....although, the pain now was noticable at nights, and mornings, when throat the driest.

then I went to ENT specialist....she said that there was an ulser on myright side tonsil, although when she touched it...it didnt hurt....and the pain felt lower then where my tonsil is. She didnt give me anything and said...it would go away.

after another 3 weeks, i decided to get third opinion....another ENT, and he did the test with the camera going down my nose...what a great feeling! anyways...he said my voice box looked good, and there didnt appear to be anything that he could see to be the problem. he did say the ulser was there...that he didnt think it looked cancerous...but if it didnt go away after 4 weeks...he may do a biopsy just to be sure...but I couldnt even get a confirmation if that was causing the pain.

he did give me "magic mouthwash" to gargle with 2 times a day....and it actually felt like it went away...until mouthwash was all used up...now its back.

pain only on right side...worst at night and mrning....and now Im getting confused, and scared.

any help...please....would be very much appreciated.
