I have a stomach pain that's right above my belly button, it doesn't hurt when i'm standing only when i bend, cough, sneeze or push on it. It's deep down not right on the skin. Also the area to the left of it is slightly swollen but not sore at all. I've been sick the last few days with a bad cough and sinus congestion, also coughing up green globs the size of golf balls :( . I was wonderign if it was an ulcer or a Hernia caused by my coughing or maybe i just pulled a muscle when i was coughing. I don't have insurance right now so a doctor is kind of out of the question unless absolutely necessary. The pain started around 8am Tuesday morning and the swelling didn't start until about 11pm tuesday night. If anyone knows what i should do or if there are any free clinics in the waterford Michigan area please!!! let me know!

  • Hi,At POH there used to be a free clinic, this was about 6 years ago though. Another good piece of info, if you go to any ER by (Mi) law they have to treat you, and as long as you pay whatever you can, even as little as $5.00 a week, they have to accept that and not turn you over to collections. But please seek help for this, it may be a hernia, from what you have said, and your caughing will only make matters worse. Good Luck
