Hey I am 18 year old athelte who is only tryin to get back to running track and living life with no pain which I used to live!!!! I have been to various doctors, orthopidics specialist, neurologest, rhomotlist where I had an EMG and still have no answer to my constant, server lower leg and ankle pain! I also had bloodwork To check for any vitiam defiencess. I had and MRi on m lower legs and xrays on my ankles and both came back with no results to what could be causing this pain. It started about 2 or three months ago after runnin a lil over a mile and the doin sprint drillls ( as a am a high school sprinter). It really didn't hurt at the time but the next day I woke up a notice sumthing felt a lil differnt. I have a history of shin splints and what I am going though now feels alot differnt. Then from tht day it kept getting a lil worst each day and now I am in alot of pain just walking around and doing daily tasks, also it is very difficult to sleep. I have constant pain 24/7 it is along the front of my shin on my right leg. On my left leg the museals are tendor but on both legs it feels the tendons in my ankles are weak and makes it feel like my ankles are caving in. I got custom made orthics but the don't seem to help at all. There are loud popig or cracking noise when I turn me right ankle to the inside and cracking when I turn my left ankle up and out there is also a cracking which feels as my ankleS are not alined correctly. I was dignosted with pronation but as I said the orthritics haven't help. Also was or I'm a now currently doing physical therapy but it hurts my legs alot to do the strenghting exercises, I anyone has any tips or advice on what I can do to help heal my legs and ankle it will be Greatly appicated. I only want to live again and play sports and run around as I use too 3 months. A also live a
