I don't if it's relevant, but I am a 22 year old White male, I used to be very active and healthy, I was a backcountry snowboarder, and practiced various forms of martial arts.
I have been in and out of Hospitals for a few years now. No Doctor, NOT even at the MAYO Clinic has been able to tell me what I have.
my symptoms cause me more physical pain than anything else I have ever experianced (and I have cut off a finger) The symptoms resemble some kind of super Measels with Fever, sweating, raised bumps all over my body, and swollen glands and lymphnodes in my neck, armpits and groin. it lasts for 2-20 minutes and then just dissapears (except for the swollen glands)
The problems started right after I was immunized for Measels at age 19; the Doctors have all tried to tell me that this is a coencadence, But When I was I immunized, I spent two weeks with my ENTIRE left side swolen up almost twice it's usual size, with a high fever, Vomiting blood. when I went in for my second round the head nurse said I should have died....(reasurring)
The symptoms have caused me to lose loads of weight.( I used to weigh 167 lbs. I now weigh 130 lbs. and dropping) I can't even get excited over things or my symptoms start up. I can't be startled, upset, excercize, stand up quickly, or even sneeze. If my heart rate climbs at all, or my core tempurature rises My symptoms flare up, I am living at home again because I can't work.
In fact, just mentioning the symptoms here has caused me to get upset and I just had an episode that lasted about 10 minutes. 10 minutes of the worst kind of pain I have ever experienced. I am now sitting here, drenched in sweat, panting, red, and covered in large Measel-like bumps.
Now, I'm usually the "suck it up, walk it off, Suffer-in-silence" type but I need help badly! If anybody has any ideas I have litterally exhausted all resorces.
