I am at my wits end at the moment, I have so many symptoms and nobody can give me a diagnosis. I have had blood tests done but they have come back within a normal range.

The symptoms I have are very debilitating, my main symptom is extreme tiredness and neck ache.

List of my symptoms are as follows...

Tiredness
Chronic neck pain
Dark circles under eyes
Dry eyes
Dry skin, particularly around abdomen
Thinning hair which is dry and brittle (I'm only 22)
Anxiety attacks for no reason.
Fidgity
I can feel my pulse thumping in my foot constantly, I have no idea what that is about but I have had that for around 6 months.
Diarrhea
Lack of concentration
Joints click
Muscle twitching on a daily basis which can last for hours
Sweating under arms for no reason
Blurry vision
Swollen gland on right side of my neck, has been there for years.
Lower back pain
Headaches
Not able to balance well anymore, feel like i'm stumbling a lot and walking a bit drunk.
Acne on back and chest, sometimes forehead.

So it's all going on and I feel SO rough, I cannot work, cannot study, I just sit at home all day and sleep for around 11-12 hours a day. The doctors say they cannot find anything wrong but I know something must be wrong. I simply cannot carry on like this because I will never do anything with my life.

Can anyone help please? I feel terrible.

Edit: I have a very good diet, I eat Beef, Chicken, Fish, Protein shakes, 6 pints of water a day, Fruit, Vegetables, don't drink, smoke, do drugs or anything bad. Not even on medication for anything. That is what makes me even more confused as to why I feel so ill.

  • I would assume your thyroid was ruled out by now...I would try alternative medicine, like herbal or chiropractic.
