55 year old female: Like a few others here -for the past couple of years I have been to specialist after specialist trying to find out why I am so sick. the symptoms include chest pain; radiating to a burning pain around the back shoulder blade; sometimes arm pain with numbness/tingling; dizziness/foggy/light headed; nausea; need to urinate frequently; sometimes headache pain right behind the ear. Over the past three years I have been to the emergency hosptial three times thinking I was having a heart attack - not. I have been to cardiologist; neuroligist; gasterlogist. I have had ultrasound of heart; stress tests; 24 hour monitor; brain MRI; spinal tap; nerve study; thyroid scans/tests and most recent - stomach emptying study. The stomach emptying study is the ony thing that came back bad. I haven't had solid foods since January. but I still don't feel well. the pain in the shoulder and arms keep getting worse. And my legs are so week. I was also low on VitD and high cholestral. I am taking fish oil; crestor; VD/B12' and now for the stomach Domperidone and Achiphex. but nothing seems to help. I am trying to get a referral to a University Hospital where hopefully test can all be run at one place and not specialist after specialist. Any other help out there?
