It firsted began with a smooth feeling in the centre section of my tongue a month or so ago. Now a reddish color has appeared on my tongue, but it is not painful. The only time it bothers me is when I eat anything that's spicy, example potatoe crisp, tomatoe sauce or sausages. Has anyone similar symtoms, and how does one overcome such a problem? I spray my tongue with benzydamine hydrochloride (Brand name, Andolex) but have not noticed any improvement.
