1.5 months back I was suffered from ‘brain hemorrhage’ SAH 1. And I was admitted. But at that time doctors was not able to
find out the cause of that hemorrhage so they discharge me after 10 days after performing all the relevent tests and suggest repeating DSA after 1.5 month, so I went for DSA last week.
The DSA report detected small acom aneurysm.
now the doctors saying that I need an operation to clip that aneurysm.
What should be done, as I want to avoid open surgery what are the risk factors if it is left as such and monitored every year or so.

I know several people online that have had the procedure and none suffered any side effects from the surgery, however there are dangers associated depending on the area of the brain involved. I think you would do well to follow your doctors advise and have the surgery.
