Today is the 3rd day I have noticed this slight numbness in my shoulder. Its not a pain or anything like that its just a very mild numbness. I first noticed it Tuesday and it's still here on Friday. Today I am feeling now a very slight tingle in my left hand. Im a 25 yr old male, which I believe I am a relatively active person. I don't have a shortening of breath, and neither my back or neck hurts. Nothing hurts actually.. I just have a little numbness in my shoulder and a mild tingle in my left hand. I've heard this could be heart related and im a little scared about that, although I have never had any heart issues in the past and at least to me it seems to be okay. But im no doctor. Any clues what this could be?

  • I would try a chiropractor. It doesn't take much for a nerve to be compressed and cause pain, tingling or numbness. I bet a quick adjustment will give you relief! Good luck!
