8 hours after eating a large dinner, or one with more fat than normal, I awake with vuague feelings of discomfort. Not pain in any way, but am aware of lots of gurgling from digestion, heart rate at around 85, and feeling hot. If I get up or turn over can release a burp, that sometimes allows back to sleep. No pain, just feeling of fullness, this and heart rate usually keeps me awake for an hour or two, before can sleep again.
