skull bone shrinking irregularly on one side of skull pl diagnose..

i have a patient 28yrs old female.for past two years she notices her skull bones shrinking irregularly on one side.....slight skin is also atrophied on one side.please suggest a diagnosis and management,,,,CT brain is normal study.

  • ....as of now i am managing the case as idiopathic bone atrophy(unilateral and involving skull bones...).few pain killers and some anti depressants are helping.....
