I have white dry patches randomly placed on my upper arms traveling up my shoulders and on my upper back. They range in size and seem to be more apparent after I shower. They are less visible or disappear when I am tanner, but always show up again after I lose my summer glow. They range in size, and once visible they never go away just disappear for a bit ( When tan). They are not thick just very dry.
