Since I was a kid I had 2 main skin problems:
1.) I have bumps all over my skin (chest, abdomen, back, arms and legs)
Its more prominent on the arms and the upper body dots are slightly protuded rather than flat. The bumps are itchy on occassion no matter the lotion or soap used. Also the skin tends to be cracked and white at low temperatures (below 20 degrees celsius)
I was told that this was skin asthma and other dermatologists just gave me a dose of vitamin A to no avail. I would like to get this cured if possible, if not at least minimize it to a certain extent.
I also want to know what i should avoid with this skin condition.
2.) I have hyperpigmentation on the side of my neck and on my lower back until my buttocks.
Is there any remedy for this ?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
