My name is Heather and i am 16 years old. In October i began feeling sick to my stomach in the morning during school, but by the end of the day it would be gone. I figured that it was my anxiety acting up because I have a history of Anxiety problems. In mid-november, however, things got much worse. I couldn't eat because I would get horrible upper abdominal pains. I felt bloated adn all of my energy was drained. I went on like this for almost two months straight, but my symptoms kept getting worse. I had numerous tests done and my doctors found nothing. Finally they decided that I had Crohn's disease adn out me on a plethera of medications. These did nothing to help, and if anything made the situation worse. They did a blood test and determined i did not have Crohn's after all. I wen't off of the medication and it helped. For about a month i felt normal again, and i thought this was all behind me. Its back again. The nausea, diarreah, headaches, fatigue, and i have no appetite. I find it hard to fall asleep, and i have trouble concentrating in school. My doctors are perplexed by my situation, and so am i. Please help me if you have ever had anything like this happen to you, or if you think you can help.
thank you,

  • I had that same problem and it turned out to be allergies. I am allergic to some foods, purfume, medicines, etc... All the doctors could not figure out what my problem was until one doctor sent me for allergy testing. Now that I know what I need to stay away from I am healthy happy and have no problems. :O)

  • Could it be celiac disease? Have they tested you for this? If it is celiac then you need to stay away from gluten, which is found in flour. Do a search of it and see if your symptoms match.
