I don't know how much longer I can go on this way and I seem to be getting worse and worse. I have been living in pergatory for the past 5 or 6 years with the following symptoms and countless drugs and doctors appointments have been maddeningly futile.

1. Sinus congestion
2. Post nasal drip
*strangely, i have no other allergic symptoms such as sneezing and drippy noze
3. Seep apnea
4. Teeth grinding
5. Occasional outbreak of shingles
6. Mental fog
7. Chronic fatigue no matter how much freaking sleep I get
8. Cold hands and feet
9. Depression
10. Mild bipolar symptoms

Please help with ideas. I don't know what else to do.
