Thanks for reviewing this issue and I hope you can help! (Please forgive spelling as I am not a medical professional)

For background, I am a male 25 years of age and up until 2 years ago asides from being overweight (BMI = 31.25) I was in good health. Following a series of industrial accidents including a manual handling incident and chemical poisoning I have suffered from prolonged back pain and vomiting. Over time these symptoms have progressed and I have suffered many others.
My back pain was identified after a MRI scan as having erosion to my lower spine and I was simply put on a physiotherapy plan for 4 weeks and told to increase my fitness. My vomiting later contained various amounts of blood and after being admitted to hospital I was diagnosed with Oesophagitis and Duodenitis. For this I have been prescribed Esomeprazole after Lanzoprazole failed to control the symptoms. I am also on Co-Codemol 30/500mg for pain but this barely takes the edge off.
Various other diagnoses have included Stress and Post nasal Drip.
Each diagnosis has been handled one at a time and I have no ideas or atempts to explain any causes or connections. I recieve short term treatment or none at all although I am currently awaiting my second Endoscopy.

As well as the issues listed above I also have:
> Patches of Facial Hair Loss
> Dizziness
> Stress
> Mucus in my throat
> Continued Lower Back pain
> Headaches
> Twitching in my right leg when leg is relaxed
> Vomiting
> Vomiting Blood
> Chest Pain
> Abdominal Pain
> No mental awareness of how much I have eaten causing over-eating
> Constipation
> Diahorrea
> Joints Clicking (Whole body but specifically Arms, Knees and Lower back area)
> Aching Joints when not clicking
> Irregular Sleep Pattern
> Irritable
> Heartburn

I know this list seems long and I have had a number of suggestions but I get short term treatments for some conditions while others are overlooked and then these treatments do not appear have work long term as the symptoms return. I keep having time off work (with various reasons on sick notes, most recent being Dyspepsia) and am now getting extremely frustrated as there does not seem to be any answers in sight.

So please, does anyone have any ideas other than I am a wreck? and how can I get my doctors to take notice of all symptoms and not just a few each session?
