I have been getting a stabbing pain on my lower left side around the kidney area. I have been and had numerous CT, Pelvic and Kidney scans that showed up nothing significant. Recently i have had pain under the rib cage and was told it my be a kidney infection - but nothing was found in my water.
I am a fit and (usually) healthy young female and am getting frustrated to what this pain could be. I have been told and treated for IBS, muscle spasm, kidney infection, & cyst on ovaries.

Can anyone suggest what i could do to get a diagnosis or other symtoms i could look out for?
