It's quite hard to explain so I'll try and do my best.
For about the last year or so I've had a real problem with feeling sick if I have to get up at an early time. My irregular sleeping pattern doesn't help this, but can't be altered given my timetable. However, one day when I attended an early morning lecture I was overcome with a huge anxiety that I was going to be sick, and left the class.
I attempted to attend the next week, and managed to sit through the full lesson but still felt ill.
Since then this sickness feeling has slowly progressed to other lectures, where I've sat feeling really sick.
I don't necessarily feel as if I'm going to physically vomit, I just feel sick, I have hot/cold flushes and my hands start to shake.
It's progressively getting worse and starting to affect my day-to-day life now. I've tried natural remedies like worry relief tablets/drops but they've had little effect. It's at the stage now where I worry about feeling sick during a certain event, and then I end up feeling sick in the build up and then during the event too.
I have tried to look for a cure to feeling sick in the morning, but I'm not pregnant (Male 21 year old so I'm fairly certain, may take a test to make sure) and that's all I can seem to find. Not a clue how to even begin to fix my feeling sick problem with regards to anticipation though.
