Sick in the morning, with strange fix

So I wake up every morning with sickness to the stomach. I can fix this with the use of anacid or just by applying my cold hand or cool object to my stomach (in the midsection area). A few months ago this was also accompanied with nervousness. I went to the doctor and she put me on Lexapro and Nexium. That combo seemed to work but i still feel like it was covering something else up. I stopped the nexium but have continued the Lexapro. I now wake up with sickness feeling but like I said it is cured with cold hand to midsection for a few minutes or anacid. The hand or cold object works better. So my question is, does it sound like my doctor was right, its just acid?

Other prob unrelated symptoms are always feeling worn out too. I am 32 by the way so i figured its just part of getting older.
