Hello my name is Andrew. I'm a 21 year old male. I have been having weird abdominal and left side pains near my shoulder blade that I cannot get rid of. I went to the doctor for a check up and she said that I probably just strained a muscle, but other than that I was healthy. I feel like I am healthy besides these stupid little annoying pains. I just think it's something worse because it hasn't yet gone away. Any help would be appreciated.
Started with pain on left side under shoulder blade. Shot pain through my back behind my heart.
For a few days, my left shoulder blade was actually sticking out more than the other.
My shoulder blade returned, and most of my pain went away on the left side, but there's still a little discomfort in it.
Pain returned for one day and I felt shooting pains near my heart and back.
The pain then went to my abdominals on the left side.
Abdominal pain on left side - Muscles or stomach seem to be twitching causing annoying discomfort. Pain when pushed down on the tips of my rib cage on the left side. Cannot sleep on my right side because of it.
I took acetominophen at first, then gas relief pills and neither really worked. Ice helped the pain under my shoulder, but is not really helping with the abdominal pain. I just can't seem to get rid of it or find the root cause. Just wanna know anything.
I also have a larger right side abdominal than left, and my right shoulder actually lays lower than my left. Shoulders could be involved but idk. Otherwise, no changes were made to my diet before or after. no loss of appetite. No sickness. Everything good but the pain.
