Hi, I have an appt to be seen next wk with a pcp, but in the meantime, I would like to see if anyone can maybe help me. These are the symptoms I have been experiencing: Few mths- short-term memory loss, hard to concentrate; Few wks- lightheaded occasionally throughout day where I feel I will pass out; cold feet that turn blue and last for about 15-30 secs, muscle weakness in limbs, fatigue; few days ago- had severe disorientation/confusion, slow thought processing, speech slurring for about 2 days; now still experiencing, lightheadedness, fatigue, blue feet, some kind of vision impairment...maybe peripheral? very hard for me to drive and take everything in...not blackening out anywhere, but very hard to focus, feel like eyes are fluttering...went to ER, EKG normal, pulses normal, 3 tubes of blood and urine and they said everything was normal, no signs of blood clots. Please help, I have 3 kids and I stay at home with my 1 yr old and am worried something will happen when it is just me and him here alone.

  • No mention of circulation problems, stroke, seizures, or anything? Did they give you any tests for the brain such as CAT scan or MRI or anything? It seems to me you had a lot going on and they don't know anything? :(

  • The dr said that my pulses were fine (she did them all over my body including my limbs), i guess meaning that my circulation was fine. She said no sign of blood clots, so I assumed that meant no stroke. Didn't specifically say anything about these conditions or seizures, though. Didn't do any other tests besides the EKG, blood, urine and redid vitals while lying, sitting and standing. At the time, I wasn't really thinking neurological, probably b/c I had been so disoriented and could barely remember all my different symptoms, but I wish I had asked for a CT. Thanks for replying.

  • See a neurologist-- could be migraine or something more serious.

  • Wow blaze, how long have you been posting the same three links. There is no universal cause to all of our modern day ailments.mzceefitz, can you make a general list of your medical history and any drugs you've been on in recent years.
