I'm well into adulthood and I'm 4'6. No dr's have ever said anything besides the fact I'm just petitie. I recently read an article that said anyone under 4'10 is considered a little person. I did some research on the net and found the same thing and that there are 200 types of dwarfism. but I can't seem to find any that explain my situation. As said I'm 4'6 but all my limbs are proportioned to my body size and I'm slinder. I have no medical conditions as many do, so I'm just trying to figure out if I'm considered one what type am I?? Thanks

  • Hi :) . My youngest daughter is a little person too.. in the range in which is classified a dwarf. I myself thou dont think much of that as both her grandmothers on both sides of the family are tiny...so i guess think of her as having genetic smallness and dont see anything wrong as such there. i think she's 4'7 or 4'8.
