some times i feel Sharp/Stabbing/Shooting/Stitching Pain in my finger tips, its almost once in a day or 1ce in two days, Finger varies. pain frequency differ from mild to severe, just upper parts of finger some time sides of nails. pains remain for 15 to 30 minutes some time whole day . i am worried cause now its more than 8 months i am feeling the same, some time it dosent happen for 3 or 4 days continually. please suggest. i am 28 but i eat lots of chocolates every day, is it a sign of diabetes.
