I am 25/f ... this morning I woke with severe abdominal pain. Upper middle to left side. Pain in back under shoulder blade. Temp 100.4 orally, nauseated, sweaty. I have vomitted twice. 2 oily bowel movements. Pain is worse if I lay flat or eat or drink. Sitting leaned forward helps a little but not much. I feel overall just blah. Pain is 7/10. What should I do? Any ideas? Tia!
