I have combination of symptoms which caused mostly by eating carbohydrates andcause blood sugar fluctuations. Now I have them even without carbs and don`t know the reason.
I had such symptoms long time ago but rarely. After start of menopause it isincreasing. Certainly, it is related to insulin and adrenalin output but I am not sure it isthe only reason. I have head pulsation at night and palpitation so hard that Ihave to put wet cold tissue in forehead to reduce pressure and calm downsystem. But when i measure blood sugar at night it is not high even low like 67but I still have the same symptoms. I had hypoglycemic symptoms for many years.
Doctor measured blood sugar with A1C test and told i have pre-diabetic range.Nobody in such range has usually such severe symptoms.
Doc says it is symptoms of bad menopause disorder, I have dry flushes and she recommended herbalsupplement. It didn`t help and even Vivelle estrogen patch didn`t tigether withprogesterone cream even it is all natural drugs.
I did searched symptoms and found many reason for such symptoms like adrenal medullaand adrenal cancer. I do have weak adrenals but I treated it somehow and feelbetter. I am afraid to treat it to much as adrenal supplements and drugs canincrease blood sugar.

What would you recommend to do? How to check for medulla or tumor? Endo docsdon`t take me seriously as my regular test is normal.
Only saliva test is low and blood sex hormone test too. Is there is reallygreat expert in this area who can help? I have seen many but the don`t helpedmuch. I can tolerate most supplements too sensitive and can`t take drugs.
