I am

Male patient
50 years
Oedema of lower limb
Skin pigmentation
HTN diastolic 100 – 120 mm hg
Liver function AST 8 albumin 3.5 total serum bulirubin 0.9 mg/dl
CBC TLC 15000 other within normal hg 9.5 g/dl RBCs 4.5
Serum creatinine 2 mg
ESR first hour 86
Second 120
CT scan on brain and kidney are normal.
Complain severe persistent headache not relieved by any drug.
General weakness.
A.N.A. –ve.
A.S.M.A. +ve.
Chronic parenchymatous disease with moderate splenomegaly.
Uric acid 9 mg/dl
I want to know the cause of headache and uric acid elevation.
