I'm a 19 year old female with no history of back pain. But for the past five days or so I have been experiencing very severe pain on my lower back and buttock. I can barely sit down on walk or bend forward. It is so painful that I woke up crying this morning. I didn't engage in any difficult physical activity prior to this pain so I can't say what triggered this.

What am I supposed to do with this pain? Pleas help...

  • What kind of pain is it? An ache or shooting pains? If it's like a stabbing, shooting pain it may be disk issues. I started to deal with that and I ended up rupturing a disk in my back. It was painful, to say the least.
