I have had very bad pain in my lower right chest (next to belly button) for a week now, been to docs and they cant figure out what is wrong. They did blood tests which were normal except for my CBC being a tiny bit high. They also did a abdomen and pelvic ultrasound all of which showed nothing. Their thoughts were appendicitis, kidney infection/stone, ovarian cyst etc... none of which has showed up in the urine, blood, x-ray, and ultrasound they have done. I am taking percocet and it is not helping much either with the pain. any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I have been told I might have IBS, but that just doesnt make sense for what I am experiencing now as it is constant and sharp.
