Ok, I'm concerned and embarrassed but here goes. I was slightly constipated and went to the restroom. I pushed rather hard in order to only barely go potty. Since then, almost immediately, My lower stomach below my belly button and down to my pelvis is in extreme pain. If I lay down on the bed on my left side I can feel the pain shift to that side more severely. And the same on the other side. I am urinating nearly every hour since this incident from 3 days ago. Urinating day and night...With a constant feeling of wanting to urinate even after I do. I cannot stretch backwards and am slumped over due to the lower abdominal pain. I have no blood in my stool and I even took a suppository laxative but very little came out. It was very loose but very little. I have chills and fever and I am very lethargic. Does anyone have a clue what this might be? Is it a simple muscle strain or what? Is it something more than that? Anyone ever had this before?
