My wife has been experiencing severe joint pain mainly through the night. It has been going on for about 3- weeks. The past couple of days it has become very bad. She can hardly walk. Two days ago her ankles began to swell.
She has been checked for Rheumatory Arthritis, lupus, and gout. Everything has came back negative. She has had blood work done to check for viruses. She had an EKG done yesterday to make sure her heart was fine. They have found nothing. The doctor has given her a prescription for an anti-inflamatory. The swelling in the ankles have went down.
The doctor has told her to wait a couple of days and see if she is feeling better after taking the medicine. At this point she can hardly walk and is in sever pain.
