I use power tools on my job and occassionally my left  hand will swell so it looks like it will pop and my finger tips get numb. It only hurts due to the intense pressure. It helps a little to hold it straight up then starts to ach and I need to place it by my side (I literally alternate holding it up and down for periods of 10 mins for relief. It goes away after 4-5 days but has reoccured 2xs. My doctor took pictures because it was his "first" but had no answers. Any idea what is happening?
