Severe Facial Pain

My son J. has severe facial pain x1 yr and brownishspot under chin,also has positive A.N.A. plus rectal bleeding.He had 3 blood clots & has METHFR and APCR.He was on warfarin,then discontinuedwhen hehad ulcers in his mouth which were biopsied(inflammation)there is family hx of vaculitis. My other son had FAMILIAL ADENOMA POLYPOSIS AND ULCERATIVE COLITIS WHICH IT IS RARE TO HAVE BOTH DISEASES. J.was negative for the FAP,but I question NEUROFIBROMATOSIS.I know there are many types and is difficult to diagnose. PLEASE HELP
