Please help. My 72 yr. old Mother has complained for years about this severe burning of lips (like they're on fire). When this started, her doctor diagnosed her with a stomach infection and treated it accordingly. She can't remember what the medication was, but the burning was alleviated for a while. Now it's back worse than ever and not one doctor can give her an explanation. She keeps chapstick on her lips constantly. Has anyone ever heard of this? Could this be Sjogren's Syndrome? Thanks for any advice you may give.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
