I am 32 years old an have had pain only in 3 areas for years. Over the years it has gotten severe, to the point of vomitng at times and i do a lot of crying. A lot of it is from the pain but some of it is feeling sorry for myself. I can't even get my housework done any more. I work and i suffer really bad. I have had blood work done. X rays, bone scan, and a couple of mri's. I have also had fluid aspirated, injections in my knees(a couple of times), have taken steroid pack, seen 2 rhemuotologists, 3 orthopaedic surgeons, and had physical therapy. I have a very high tolerance for medications (and i'm not a pillhead) even down to antibiotics and anthestesia,so i have a really hard time getting any medication to even make the pain tolerable. I am slightly overweight, but i had pain years ago and many pounds ago so the pain was there before the weight.my life is now horrible and they act like for my age that nothing is wrong with me. I wish that was the case for me. It gets pretty bad when you have a hard time just getting on and off of the toilet to pee. If a doctor or some one has a suggestion for me please let me know i am now desperate.

Change your doctors, before you do, get a copy of your medical records and keep them with you, so when you get ready to see your new physician you will have everything. Also, write down all of your questions and symptoms, is this happening at a specific time. Keep a food diary for a few days prior to your visit, and consult about natural medicine. When you make the new appt. my suggestion is to eat a light meal the day before and fast after midnight all the way until the appt.
